if I often use a tolerance of parallelism of 0.10 between two floors I need to place it on different designs without each time filling out the menu of the properties that opens.

you have two possibilities and see which one you prefer:
1) save as preferred (also set the rescue and recovery folder in later sessions in general options paths), see image 1
2) save it as annotation in the library, see image 2
