too heavy revit file

Bye to all,
I have a problem of "management" of my files, in the sense that I am doing a project of a building (3 floors) that arrived to weigh 75 mb, with relative management difficulties (opening, saving, speed of operation) due precisely to the high size of the file. .
the explanation I gave myself is that I loaded too many components and then the file takes behind a lot of information that I don't need anymore.. is this interpretation correct? is there a way to lighten it, for example by removing the components I uploaded (if there is the problem..)?

75mb seems a little too many for a building on 3 floors. definitely, erase objects that do not you serve the file, accompanied by 'eliminates unused' in the tab gestisci. Obviously turn off shadows, avoid importing cad blocks into revit and avoid shaping objects in place.
