Hello everyone!
I find myself in the situation of analyzing finite elements with mechanica a solid having two dimensions much more extended than the third, and therefore, in order to make a more precise analysis I would like to transform this solid into the surface, and analyze it with triangles or quadrilaterals, and not with tetrahedra, but I do not know how to proceed!
the prt was shaped in the classic way, as solid, with 3 sizes, density etc..
using this type of surface fem analysis, can load bearings be applied in holes?
