transformation of neutral tabs in part

Hi guys, I have a problem, I downloaded from traceparts.com a bearing. the received file I can open it but when I go to assemble it with other parts it gives me error. I believe this is due to the fact that the file is in neutral format. I tried to save it as an assembly but then it doesn't open me anymore. How can I do that?

I have never downloaded neutral files, try downloading the native file directly for proes that let you download them.

I think the downloaded files are built with mating interfaces... you have to delete them or suppress them to be able to assemble the component in standard mode.
