Hello, everyone. in translating a model in stl format, the translator returns a notice that denounces the presence in the output file of negative coordinates.
apart from the notice, the translation seems correct: the output file is still readable by nx.

in the documentation an error of this type is reported for models with encumbrance greater than 500 meters, but this is not my case. beyond that I couldn't find anything else.

Can you help me deal with the problem, whether it's a problem, or in any case to deepen the topic?

thanks to all

the message refers to the dawns of stereolitography. the old machines had to have the piece in the positive octave (+x,+y,+z) otherwise 'did not' the part that had one or more negative coordinates.
the message is a warning and not a mistake.
If you happen instead a error message like 'unable to triangulate solid face' then you're in trouble.

thanks ceschi1959, I had realized that probably the message was not related to a real problem, but I could not understand why the translator was sensitive to the negative values of the coordinates.

Thanks again
