Italy has transposed Directive 2010/31/ue
the definition of “almost zero energy buildings” is born and a strategy is drafted that previews by 31 December 2020 all new buildings will have to be energy almost zero.
new construction buildings occupied by public administrations and property of the latter will have to comply with the same criteria from 31 December 2018.
will also be fixed intermediate objectives of improvement of the energy performance of newly built buildings by 2015
A new method of calculation of the energy performance of buildings is adopted at national level, depending on the thermal characteristics of the building, the air conditioning and the production of hot water. the minimum requirements of the energy performance, are revised every 5 years.
