Does anyone know how to create trilobed screws in creo 3.0?

I downloaded 3d models made from solidworks but they're not okay to be changed then see attached image)

the problem in itself is to make trilobation of the right size

basic would it be enough to create the hazelnut with the shape of the trilobe, project us a helical curve above and a sweep with the shape of the fillet, but does it make sense a complication of the genus for the vines?

hi, I opted for a cylindrical shape with bevel a little wide at the beginning because I tried to do what you indicated but in the end I gave up
