Hello, everyone! I would need to find the development (so turn this part into sheet) of this printed piece;

to have it now I have used a surface: is it possible to build it in sheet metal and have development?

hi to make sure that solidworks generates the development of the sheet your cone should not be joined but must have a broken part.
below the operations to do:

1. draws the first circle (300mm) on the upper floor, draws a line from the center to the upper dial, go to the command "set scale" and select the newly made line, type 0.1mm. using the "accorcia entity" command eliminates the circle pad between the two lines. put the lines left as construction.

2. creates a floor from the top floor giving as a distance what you want (80mm).

3. draws the second circle (80mm) on the newly created plane, tracks a line that goes from the center to the upper dial, go to the command "set scale" and select the newly made row, type 0.1mm. using the "accorcia entity" command eliminates the circle pad between the two lines. put the lines left as construction.

4. go to the sheet metal section and do the "loft padding" then for development type appiatta.

Thank you so much! I know that if I divide it I can have development but I need unitop erchè then the piece is printed with the press; what method can I use?
