South blog tspline was announced their presence at the solidworks world conference 2011, 23-26/1 s.antonio texas for the presentation of the plugin for solidworks, next release. tspline ( already available for rhino and maya) is a plugin that adopts subdivided surface modeling in cloud surfaces, similar to what happens in the specific mud of Cat, but at first sight, with much greater possibilities in the management of the 3d model, especially in the local management of detail.
the beginning of organic modeling in swx.

but....which center organic modeling with sw:cool:

organic in the sense of very complex, in the field of design in many areas it is very useful to have such a modeling system so much that also catia has it. take a look at the site there are many examples.

you ok I use the t-spline of rhino (among other things recommended by you:finger:) and image shape catia v5 but I do not see what center with sw being a cad for mechanical modeling! !

I think you don't understand. tspline is a plugin, also for rhino, which will also work in solidworks, then install it and within swx you will have all the features of subdivide surface/nurbs modeling as happens for caia for its module. they will have considered that a similar modeling capcity of complex forms will benefit to swx which among other things is used since the concept phase, as indicated in many tutorials. what is thought also by dassault, but the catia module seems to me to have a slightly higher cost"....:)
