tube with schizzo 3d

I have to create a purely aesthetic piping that passes for three flanges arranged between them at 90° and on different planes.

I can't create the sketch, I tried them all (for my knowledge) but there's no way.
How would you do that?

when you create the 3d curve to pass through the flanges uses the remarkable point "cylindrical faces"
