Hello I should carry out for an examination a tubular frame for a microcar car and as software we operate the choice is between solidedge (but the license is that for v17), thinkdesign and catia v5 r17. the choice fell on catia v5 having had to use it for a previous examination (very marginally).
back to the project I was wondering how to operate.
I personally thought I'd make sketches on several floors and then make extrusions with an assigned section, but it seems particularly complex
and very little adequate especially in correspondence of attacks at 90° and also I heard of skeleton in proe, which allows starting from the schlec to obtain then the complete structure imposing the type of tubular to be used. Is there anything like that in the casket?
It is understood that at the moment I would be really grateful for any advice, maybe some tutorials or guides on similar topics (the realization of a simple piece).
