turn off layers in the template space and turn them on in the layout

good morning to all, I have a somewhat curious problem...unlike the classic request that make some to turn off some layers in the map space, I have the opposite problem. I need to turn off some layers in the model space and keep them lit in the layout. Is it possible for you?

no, if not with fires lisp or vba
in theory the layer states have the model / layout parameter but I don't know how to handle it

Rethinking you make a lisp that every time you enter the model space you activate a certain "state layer" while when you visualize the layouts you return to a general layer state, then manage the views in each window.
