Hello, guys.
I would have a mathematical problem, I would need to understand (so I can get the trigonometric formula) as it calculates any postprocessor of a 5-axis mill, the orientation of a hole, which has the work plan at the following coordinates:
x-10
y
z-12.25
tilted on the x axis of -10° and on the y axis of +25°, the tilt axis rotates on our machine around the x axis, the plan to calculate the origin I put it to x0 y0 z0 therefore to the center and to the top of the crude.
now making calculation with the cam and postprocessing I get the following data:
cycl def 7.1 x-10.000
cycl def 7.2 y+3.000
cycl def 7.3 z-12.250 till here I am with the coordinates of the plan
l a-26.806 c-69.575 instead here I would like to understand the logic of how the data of the a and c to orientate the basculating table so that the hole is found perpendicularly to the tool.
Can any of you help me?
