unselectable and non-changeable lines

Hello everyone
autocad 2010 is making me a strange joke; some lines don't select me at all: I try to select them in every way, but nothing happens; do not even respond to the various commands (cut, length, erase, etc.).
on the screen they appear to me, but it's like they didn't exist.

other lines, on the other hand, I make them select and edit (cut, length, delete, etc) but if they select it and want to move only an extreme (tipped on the square that appears at a flap), it does not move it.

the layers are all unlocked; I tried to regenerate it and make a purge, but nothing happens; The lines are all on plan z=0; I mean, it would seem that it's okay, but I keep doing this joke.
What could be?

However if as a snap use the "apparent intersection"then the intersections detect it correctly.
