Update styles and standards

hello kind users I wanted to ask you the following question, as I can't come to the end.
how can I update all styles to the active standard (management-editor styles), or rather, replace with a single command(and not one by one) all styles.

You're already here.
management-editor styles-> saves.
you should give the list of all the styles of the file you use, which are different than the style library; so if you choose all those you want to update and click save, you go overwrite them in the style library.. .
