the amount in autocad and the files are saved individually.
I open the files in autocad and ... 2 files are not in real scale!!! in the sense that he cares but with different quantities.. How come?

you made 8 boards in a1 format in one same idw file, when you expose to dwg of autocad you create 8 files ... it's normal!
two of these tables will be of details in scale other than the rest and it is normal (though unpleasant) that it does so.
