v-ray error: cannot create bitmap

hello to all, I made a large rendering (2500x3600) but at the time of saving in the v-ray frame buffer it does not save me in any format, giving me as error "cannot created bitmap". What does that mean? How can I solve this? I don't want to throw hours of waiting to make... help me to do, it is also quite urgent. .

No, I didn't try. then I will try, but for now I solved by making the render to 1250x1800.. Thanks for the answer! ;-)
