hello to everyone, I just joined this forum. Therefore I apologize to all if I have mistaken the choice of the type of topic.
I come to this point: for about a year I have been working as a cad designer and I am using the software catia v5 r19.
I have some lacune (this is because it is an activity to which I have devoted little) in mathematicization with the generative shape design of catia. for this purpose I would need specific material (also on the ungraphics and various), as specified below:
- I would need a small manual explaining the commands of each of the two languages with simple examples. I noticed that there are tutorials on youtube, but if there is some text in pdf format, it is better.
- I would need some text explaining how a car is structured in all its parts (external finishings, external finishings, shells, mobile parts etc...).The text should illustrate for example where the h-h1, p-p1 and all that is part of the machine architecture.
- I would need a text that, starting from a simplified machine example, described the approach to be used for the realization of each component in parametric mode;
- approach to parametric design;
- I would need some kind of manual explaining all regulations regarding 2d boards, bolts, welding types etc.
I know I ask too many things (maybe too specific), but I'm struggling on the internet.
