"verse" of the flat model

we work prepainted aluminum and then prepainted on one side only. In non-symmetrical pieces I need to get in the flat model the prepainted side always in sight. However I have difficulty understanding how inventor reasons to decide which face holds up. Can anyone help me?

I before doing the development select a face of the folded sheet (in my case the film side) and then I do the development, so that it does away with the exposed film side. However, scanned errors, before making development those a face; In this way the corresponding side of the development is coloured, and at the time of the table I have a clear answer. I think I'm wrong. select a face of the sheet, the prepainted or foiled side, click left mouse button, "go to flat model" and should keep me the selected face in "top"? if I don't like it... .
is there anything to set up in "modifying the definition of the flat model" ?

no: once the flat model is created, nothing is done; I do it at the time of the "create flat model". Unfortunately, if you delete the existing flat model, you will also remove it from the tables (however you are aware at the time of possible elimination). depends on you whether this is a problem or not.
