oem, it's usually a date version with the pc, I doubt inventor can be distributed like that.
retailers had (have?) versions not intended for sale, which they used for their business, but now with rental licenses, I don't think they exist anymore.
If they offer you something like that, be careful.

I'm reopening this old discussion since I'm using inventor 2021 oem.
for exercise, I wanted to create a welded structure using the usual profiles, but I can't find the "design" tab and the " insert frame" command.
Is it a problem with my inventor's settings or is it a limitation of "oem" compared to "pro"?
