video course prampolini: prices decuplicated? !

premise: I'm a "novice" of swx so I've only left it for a few months.
looking on the forum and asking an engineer who has a few years more than me to try to deepen my knowledge I came across the site of Mr. Franco prampolini www.solidfacile.it that many of the forum think they know well.
That's perfect. my friend having bought it a little less than 1 year and a half ago told me that with little less than 40 euros I would take an exceptional basic course made by + of 200 videos. . .
for that figure, I said it is really convenient!
then I go to the site and find that now you have to buy it through solidword and the price has gone up to....quasi 300 euros!!! ! ! !

I thought maybe they added more videos but the difference between my partner's DVD 2009-2010 and the one that just came out is not that it's great.
do you think it is right to increase so much a dvd (do you good for charity)?? ? ?

They're market rules, you can't do anything.

If you have a basic knowledge of the English language, I suggest you take a ride on amazon: there is a lot of solidworks material, such as planchard and planchard books (I think they are husband and wife!).

You should spend much less and sometimes you find the used one. Maybe it's an older version of a year or two, but it changes little to the degree of study required generally to a student.

I don't want to justify anyone, but do you think a dealer (of anything or service) is working to sell something? another question: how many will they sell of these video contests?
prampolini is a pensioner and if you want can settle for little, solidworld is a fairly large structure with high management costs as in all the structures of this type, therefore when they sell something can not earn us 30 euros, otherwise only with the sales call they give us back.
if a product does not make budget it is better not to sell it, this is what says market law, good or bad....

I don't want to argue but how much "do" of the sack is there from the solidword? to me it seems that all the work is of the sig prampolini unless we need a "allowed" to make videotaping of swx from the software dealers.. But since I don't know much about it, maybe someone more experienced can give me lumens.

thanks for the advice. Fortunately the English the mastic quite well and a short time ago they gave me the bible of morning lombard 2010. I wanted to deepen my knowledge using the videos I told you before and using this book.

Surely for paid video lessons such as those must have had the authorization of the dassault, I can understand the amateur videos posted on youtube, but if you make videos to earn us you need permission. If necessary, write an email to Mr. prampolini and ask him for explanations. Unfortunately the things aggratis today are no longer...

I bought it a month ago. at the price of 40 euro ss included. one of the last then... I think it's a sw-driven operation. I believe that sw did not have an Italian guide for his software contacted prampolini to incorporate his work under his wing.

see everything on the market has a value that is established by various parameters. one of this is how many resources are needed to produce it and securely in Mr. prampolini took us many hours, then there is the number of units that will be possible to sell and on which to spread the expenses and then there are the expenses of advertising and resale.
a product like this can not cost 40 euros and if it cost them it is only because Mr. prampolini is retired and must not eat ocn these dvd, but made them by passion.
now if solidworld sells them must form the technicians (they must at least know what is on the dvd and know how to respond in case of problems) and must follow the product with the same care with which they serene swx.
If I had to sell them I certainly don't sell them to 50 euros, solidworld is not a no profit and must earn us.
if you don't earn it is better to leave the topic and let prampolini direct sale.
Unfortunately they are not peaches that sell to quintals and therefore the price is rising so much.

Too bad because it is really a great course... I bought it last year at 50€ I think and I'm using it all the time to prepare an advanced modeling exam with solidworks. Now I have seen that there are extra lessons and it has been updated to versions 2010-2011 but the increase will surely depend on other factors.

his video contests are a good product, very attractive especially because Mr prampolini explains well and with simple words and anticipated a need that circulated for a long time, underestimated until he took them in solidwold hand ...probably to try to control prices, as well as to make a profit ...

but you say it with knowledge of cause because you have some direct experience or are you going to feeling?
It would seem absurd. But if it's to milk money, I can't believe they'd even become such a gabella.

I bought solidfacile in July from solidworld, the retailer where my company stands at the price of 300€. si that they are putting videos to the amount of one per day and that prampolini was flanked by their staff.
It seems safer for the future, even because it seems to put into the new versions in real time. If so, given the quality of the videos, it seems better for us users. the accounts if they have to bring them back, but this is true for all. the videos in general are useful because they made me understand a lot of tricks to speed up my work..... I hope only keep the promises....
