view colors of external references

Good morning to all,
I set the base of a design with colors to my liking, in particular color 8 walls and color 9 furnishings.
When I open my drawing with the x-rif (base) I see that all my design is of unique color, and not as in the base :-(

Can you help me?

I solved with the visretain command setting the variable on 0.
