view split to the sketch

having found nothing with the search function, I kindly ask if there is a way to create a view split to the sketch, using as a sketch of depth a circle arch.
I attach pdf file in the hope of making my intent clearer.

Have you tried to do a section? if I remember it is not as feasible as you say.

I tried and then I went to edit sketch of the section.......sections made with arches or however unread lines, does not consider them and then returns the section according to a straight line section.

I go to memory so maybe I say no nonsense, do a 3d workmanship that only activates it on the 2d and then you put on the restraint?
