a technician who works in the company as a designer/designer in the field of building carpentry, what qualifications could he acquire to improve his knowledge/mansions?
Of course, beyond the canonical diploma/graduate courses.

the only things that come to my mind are (with approximate directions times and costs:
technical director processing center steel (cost 700+iva, 30 hours)
welding coordinator (cost 700+iva, 30 hours)
certification international welding engineer / technologist (cost 7000+iva, 250ore)
certification international welding specialist / practitioner (cost 3000+iva, 250 hours)
license ecdl (??? ? )
self-desk certification (only 300+iva examination)

Is there anything else? and what do you think is more useful?

I'd say these two are better off letting them stay. . .
the first is completely useless, the second usually not required.
