after modeling my autocad scene I imported it in 3ds max.
once set vray following various tutorials on youtube (it is the first time I use vray to make a render), I presented this annoying problem: my model in the viewport seems imported correctly, in the right position but, as soon as I launch the render, it appears (in the window of rendering) completely wrong, the objects are rotated between them without an apparent sense and the vray camera itself does not work, probably also it is moved in a wrong position.
I tried to rotate the various objects of my scene and, after several attempts, I realized that when I launch the render they turn 90 or -90 degrees. to make what I want in rendering appear I should therefore rotate the objects in the scene of 90 degrees but, doing this, of course I find it impossible to manage the scene.
If instead imposed mental ray as a motor, this problem does not arise. I also tried to split the autocad file from which I imported the scene, change layers but nothing.
Can anyone help me?
