I was thinking of a modification of the welded structure support composed of 4 walls in fe360 (s235) welded together, at the economic level at least speaking of the materials would be convenient, compared to a fusion (?). However then it should have a stagnated sealing welding and the upper plate where it supports the cover must have the hole not too out axis compared to the base plate adjustable axial bearing seat.

the beams are almost always in that way to optimize costs, material and weight.
a fusion would be very challenging
Welding depends on the function, but if you do it well, you don't have any stagnation problems.
with regard to the hole, or machine after welded or are made of frames between side and horizontal blades so as to bind the position.

So you're making tenons and mortises? I would make the plates laser, with all the same thicknesses, in fe360.
mainly the idea of stagna welding was born because the carcass contains oil2020-02-24_182640.webp. Wouldn't you risk drawing naturally?
Should weld be made continuously or at times?
I would always say, but I'm afraid of any deformations between the two side walls.

a similar thing, but the asola being internal and not on the edge closes all the tooth. Once framed you can not see difference on the edge to be soldered. Also if you make the lowest tooth of the sheet thickness of 1/2mm you also make the nailing on the remaining board and you have a perfect seal.
be careful that the soldering boards the beam and is made by competent people otherwise you find a banana in your hands

I don't know what asola you're talking about, you mean an internal background? unending milling proceeds?

I attach an image.
all possible laser cutting if the thickness allows it (the design has 5mm thickness and is done quietly).
so as I said the asola should be filled with welding, so it should not be too big; this solution is valid if there are no problems of aesthetics.

@since 1996 However, we try to avoid bringing other issues about unrelated discussions.
it is likely to make confusion unnecessarily and to make not usable the main argument in which who is learning already has its difficulties to distract.
would be a good thing if I contacted moderators to ask to clean and move the last posts
Thank you.
