the post porcessor must be matched to the plc that must use the tool path otherwise you do nothing.

iso is a universal language.... plcs generally have their own language slightly different... To make you understand better, it's like the language is Italian while the plc speak dialect. .
in catia there are post processors that allow you to convert the source apt into files readable by some plc.. to do this go into tools-options-machining emission board and see if you can activate one of the post porcessor available. . .
if not mistaken you can convert only a few lines of your aptsource file
