what rules that regulate the possibility of having safety output through swivelling or rotating tape?

hello to all, we are asked to integrate an existing line with conveyor belts that combine the production of multiple machines, unfortunately the insertion of new tapes causes the closure of the steps towards the exit.
the height of the line will be about 85cm from the ground.

I attach the pattern where you see the new tapes with blue-green-orange-fuchsia-red color that interrupt the passage from the 4 production machines to the exit door.

the suggested solutions would be: blue ribbons and rotating fuchsia (or stickers).
the alternative would perhaps be to predict stairs to overcome, but not if we improve or worsen the situation.

what rules that regulate the possibility of having safety exit through something flashing or rotating?

Would you give me your opinion and some advice?

I wonder why instead of doing that tour, don't you take a direct ride to the door?
However the stairs can be used for exodus.
It's more difficult to predict tipping because there must be someone who opens them. What if something gets stuck? the staircase is there, always accessible and does not need interventions.

I too, except for the current regulations, a simple scale that leads directly to the exit seems to me the best solution. with the ptoposed solution, in case of fire, the poor operator before saving ends roasted!

logically the operator must not have disability, otherwise the scale speech is not applicable for obvious reasons!

I don't like it anyway. the scale is possible, but if you faint inside you don't take it out anymore. and instead bring the tapes to altitude or in underground channel, is it not thinkable?

Well, the ladder if you make it wide enough to pass the stretcher? Usually they do with criterion

looking at the design, if more or less on the scale, I think the scale is not there (excuse the game)

you are right, great suggestion, only that initially the customer did not like the idea of going up and down ...

tapes at altitude was the first option but there is no length to rise to sufficiency;
underground channel to be excluded (only 1% of customers is willing to dig) in more here I think they are for rent...

coarse scale - the available space is barely 950mm so useful 800mm scale is all you could afford.

I also involved the resp. sic. of the customer who is considering, I will update you:)

thank you very much for the ideas:)

Can I ask you what products are and how often they come out of each machine (pz per minute )? I might suggest a solution that I have adopted in some cases similar, but it depends a lot on the speed of the line and the type of product to be transported.
Of course, those men stuck in the middle are getting hurt... .

hi, let's talk about surgical masks, 35pz/minute on each line, 140pz min on the collector.
ladder solution has been approved.

But I am very interested in your solution, for the record and for the future:)
