where does the name "author" fish?

Hello, everyone.
in solid edge templates, I set the "author" field with my full surname + the short name
But when I create a piece or a dft, I only get the full name that I don't understand from where I take it!
Does anyone know how to tell me where solid edge takes the author's voice?
