which urban extracts are necessary to insert into the tables

I would like to help everyone, what urban frameworks to be inserted in the tables are necessary to carry out public works? Orthophotos? pgt? I really don't know exactly what those are to consider, if you could list the main ones with its correct scale and maybe even from which sites and possible access I would be very happy.
ps is an exercise where you have to redevelop the urban square of a town of Bergamo.

If you had to submit a practice (we're sure), they would certainly ask you:
an aerophotogrammetric branch, whose scale depends on what you must represent. needs a scale large enough to represent the object concerned and its surroundings, but not so great to make the object invisible;
a branch of prg indicating the area concerned and its surroundings (for the scale is the same as before, unless specific indications).
in both cases, the scale varies from 1:2000 to 1:1000 (I prefer the second when I can).
Orthophotos exclude it.
for the "sources", everything depends on the municipalities. some have sections of the institutional site from which to download the tables, often only in pdf.
in all cases the prince reference is the urban service of the municipality concerned, to which you can request the crossroad (often paper, like a photocopy a3 of the small piece of interest)
