Hello everyone I am new but I will often use this forum..
we come to the therefore. use pro to make solid geometries of various form but the departure of them always happen in the same way .. completely repetitive and annoying and I wanted to ask you if I can make a fdu, a macro, of the strings of pro program or an integration with a excel file (this would be very useful...) that can help me but I need your help because I do not have sufficient knowledge of proes.

what I would like to do is a prompt that asks me to launch the start part " how many points do I want?" and depending on my answer (an entire number that varies from 1 to 512) I am created points on a plane ... or that the points are created by a convenient excel table with three columns the first with the name of the point, the second and third with the x and y coordinates of each single point. . .

Can you do that? I think you but I turn the ball to you..thanks endless

hello, try to do so (note that I use the wf2 but should not change the speech):
1. imposed as start part the prt I posted to you where there is a table set of a point
2. in the xls file throw in the points with the coordinates you need
3. save in the work dirctory xls file as text file
4. inside the part open the series from the modifications to the tables and in the mask in high selections "read", crowns the title of the file txt, save close and the game is made.. .
