with st10 does not open previous file versions

Good morning.
I press that I usually work with solidworks and are not an ace in this program.
when I go to open a file with st10 saved with previous versions of solidedge signals the attached error and does not open it to me.
would you give me advice?

Was it done under academic license? because with commercial license you cannot open files made with academic license and vice versa.

That's a pretty generic mistake. Do you have read permissions on that file? If you try to put it on the desktop and open it from there what happens?

even from the desktop does not open it to me, same error.
reading permissions should have them because these details I always made them with 2019 but now I have to change them st10.
no one has opened them in the office.

Then it's normal, 2019 is more recent than st10.
