hello to all:tongue: ,I am new,I am a mechanical expert and I wanted to ask you a question concerning the work experience,I would like to make the mechanical designer,the problem is that I do not find any job because everyone requires experience,I unfortunately could not take this experience because after graduation I enrolled at the university,I try to make mechanical engineering but it is very difficult and I can not pass the exams,I thought to go to work at this point,I ask you how did you manage to get me? how can you do a guy like me, who only has basic experience on software like autocad and catechism to succeed in working?

It's the usual dog that bites the tail. everyone wants to hire with experience but if you do not work you do not experience. to broaden the possibilities you do courses on specific programs such as solidworks, solidedge, inventor, create... and so on. this in addition to giving you more chances it puts you in contact with teachers and teachers who maybe have requests from companies looking for losers (I found work this way, and I was a simple lather who was doing a 3d course). sends resume specifying your situation and adapting by keeping inquiries of position to your knowledge (do save time to the company that does not make unnecessary interviews and you save it that you avoid expensive trips and demotivating stress).
autocad sencondo me is a fundamental base because maybe the track of a layout or a sketch on the flight can always be required (but at the base level you learn it a poor, very poor week), other programs worth the speech said at the beginning: the more chance you have

then we say that a good technician must also have a good basis of experience in the workshop. the pleasure of turning a single price is different from turning trees and flanges every day, using the truncator and seeing it arrive on the nose, mounting the bezel and turning pieces 2 meters long or more and not bending the price etc.

However if you do an experience in the workshop where you blacksmiths, assemblies, sauces, cuts and learn to use wagon and mule I would say that you have much easier to design pieces with a logical sense... because then if you have to make them you realize things that are not good.

the simple designer is not very required. They usually seek autonomous and experienced people where to entrust them with a project that must carry out full autonomy.

If you get busy and you're lucky enough to find the company that has tried and gives you the chance to grow you will certainly grow professionally.

if you have any money to spend there are the lathes of the valex that you can buy at reasonable digits and make third-party pieces to moderate pieces. If you do special items you can experience.

thank you for answering me,and really hard to grow professionally here with this crisis companies can not afford to invest on the boys,the companies want people working immediately,I had thought to go to another country here is really tough to live,I can't waste time doing the unemployed at home

Well running is not facing the problem. Then we must not complain if there are no qualified people who do their job well and if we have to hire foreigners again reducing the Italian occupation of Italians.. .

Sure are difficult time, however looking, sending directly cv to the companies, looking for people of professional selection (and I am not talking about the usual interinal work companies, but companies of selection high level figures and specific sectors.... on linkedin you will find a lot) you can do it. It's just a matter of time, tenacity and a little ass.
