Hi, I installed the workbench together with ansys apdl. in all guides and tutorials, in the toolbox, a window system analysis is highlighted where I should be able to choose the type of analysis to do. well in my case is not there. How could I solve this?

the workbench seems so intuitive.

Thank you!

workbench is all too intuitive (in my opinion).
Why don't you read this thread again?http://www.cad3d.it/forum1/showthread.php?t=28617What kind of analysis do you have to do?
structural static, transient, harmonica, magnetostatic, cfd?
just open workbench, on the left at the bottom you find "view all/ customize".
click them and check the type of analysis you miss.

hello stefano and thank you for the answer. I have to do a static analysis. the first time I opened workbench I had the newgeometry button in the toolbox. Now this is not there. I was easy, actually, the first time creating a complex geometry. when I reused it recently I noticed that only the geometry command is available in the toolbox. I will read one of the links you have proposed to me but if I do not resolve I will be forced to contact you again:)

Let's get some doubts out of here.
Maybe for some reason it is spu [Bleep] the main window of workbench.
see image attached to reset it (reset layout)

I'm sure you already know how to do this, but in Latin it says "repetita iuvant".
click with the left mouse button on "static structural" in the list on the left and drag into the working area that will light up with a green square.

from there begins the workflow
1-definite materials
2-definite geometry
3-mesh
4-setup constraints and loads
5-
6-postprocessing

but this is a banality!

I have a problem with magnetostatic analysis in workbench, tells me that there are problems in the property of materials.

if there are problems with systematic materials!
It is not that magnetic properties are so many and so complex. . .
(read ---> permeability)

Note 1: Did you introduce yourself?
Note 2: From the post you've done, do you think someone can understand us? You don't understand a worthy mother.

Hi, guys. . .any of you knows where I can control the measurements of my component in the workbench after importing it? ?
