working units di microstation

who of you ever had occasion to convert a template to a .dgn file intended for pds?
The question I would like to ask concerns the setting of the working units.
ipotizando to have already a file that at the opening in v7 has the correct size but a resolution pos=10 instead of 80 what is the correct procedure to get this resolution without obviously changing the size of the geometry?
(in other words if I go in setting/design file/working units and change the pos parameter from 10 to 80 mi "scale" all the model).
Does any microstation expert know the right procedure?

But... What do you mean by "parameter pos"?? ?

in v7 in addition to the master unit and sub unit parameters (in my case meters and millimeters) there is also the pos parameter that determines the model resolution. in my case is 10(I believe it is the default microstation) but the customer wants 80. changing this parameter, however, the model changes geometric dimension. I still think I have found the solution that should be: open a new microstation model, set the parameters of working units as desired, refer the model to edit, make a merge and save the new file.

I don't have the v7 but I mounted a v8 right now, but the parameter pos continues to remain unknown....

As for your happy problem of knowing that you solved, yes could be a great solution, or perhaps the only solution.
probably as well I had done so, last night I looked between my notes (papers and pdf) but nothing came out of external imports and working units.

I found the procedure to pass a model from one project to another, but all within pds.

Maybe there will also be but they are thousands of pages.... .

in v8i the panel is that of working units in voice resolution.
by default I find it set at 10000 per distance meter and bringing it to 80000 I find the pos value of version 7 to 80 rather than 10.
then, in the end to get what I wanted I changed the parameter in the v8, referenced and then put the file to save it in v7.
