xref annotative block

Good morning to all,
I set a block with attribute to create an altimetric quota and made it annotative. I saved the file containing this block and called it 04_xref.
when I collect this as xref in the file I called 04_host, in paper space, creating layout windows at different scales, the block text disappears and does not follow the set annotation.
have recently passed to the autocad version lt 2024. with the 2015 version there was no problem.... I noticed that in the blocks where I imposed a single text does not multiline the problem there is...
Can someone enlighten me?? I attach the files. thank you!

Hi, Tristan, thank you. I tried your solution but it doesn't work... I also asked for autodesk assistance but connecting with a operator we couldn't solve. . I realized that the problem is the multiline text but I don't understand where the hippo is. I also tried with autocad full2022 and gives me the same problem.. .

Hi, I managed to figure out where the problem was.. .
in practice the xref if it is not saved in a format not 2018 gives problems.
if you try to take my file you will notice that it is saved in 2013 and it does not work. if you save it in 2018 and update the host file, everything works properly. by autodesk told me that he has short will publish article on the problem. It was a banality, but they couldn't understand what didn't work. . .
