xrif not visible in viewport

Hello
I'm going crazy, I find myself in a paper space.
in my model space I inserted several xrifs as overlay
I created a viewport in the layout space but in such view it only shows me the lines present in the model space
and no line from xrif!!! but why!? ! ?

is it not that you created it on a deactivated layer and then for some reason you were freed in the layout windows?
check well, activating the layout window, that all layers are perfectly visible
