strange, usually when opening the file the frame and zoom are when you saved il file e non on zero.

instead when you load a part in the product you can act on the centering: no/last component/global (menù/strumenti/opzioni/infrastructure/product infrastructure/centra after entering existing component/check mark on any last or global)
