missing command panel bar, how to do

good day, I was repositioning the control panel bar in inventor 2009 when probably following my wrong maneuver disappeared and I can't make it appear anymore.
I have already searched under display toolbar etc etc., but also popping up the item “barra panel of commands” do not get results.

Do you work with two monitors?
