Hello everyone,
I created this object (see dwg) in cad and tried to get a development from the inventor but I can't really digest it .... Can anyone help me?

the thickness is 3 mm.

Hello and thank you

Mah... I made it similar (try two minutes) in inventor (with odds "by chance" but in proportion) and develops it without problems.. .
But I used the "tramoggia" function from 2010...
do you have 2010?

nothing... in inventor I can't do it and from the object in cad does not return to the sheet (although with other works I have verified the correct conversion of inventor)... what can I do?

I found this: http://inventor3d.blogspot.com/2008/05/sviluppare-tramogge-di-lamiera.htmlbut sincerely I can't get results... and above all I don't understand if I can get the same shine.

Help .... ... and thank you

It's useless to beat you! with 2008 there is no verse. the hopper function is only in 2010. this then is a little particular and not even the various .ipts of hoppers that are on the net contemplate the possibility of having the two faces at 90°.
excuse the frankness

Well then if I put specific measures some willing can give me development?

ps: diegus thanks to the frankness:)

upper outer diam = 8492 mm
discharge diam = 260 mm
h input -> output hole axis = 2840
sp. = 5mm [=> diam interno superiore = 8482]Thanks for any help

here is the spout, of course it is in dwg since if you sent the ipt rel 2010 file you could not open it.. . .

Hello diegus

Hello diegus

so I discover the arcane:biggrin:

Bye.

Hello diegus
you attach it to me in 2008 or in .sat please that I can not even convert it....

Can you save it in 2008 or not save it in previous version even 2010?

Thank you.

in 2010 there is the separation command. in the first attempt, that post, to allow the sanding I used a sketch to create the cut at the vertical of the exhaust hole, it works but it is longer.
with the new separation function just put two points in the sketch where there is the drain hole, select them and the game is made

I posted ipt(2010), sat and step files
See, thank you.

I don't move but I have to say that the command is really convenient.

ps. : but where do you use an 8 mt diameter hopper?
condensation booster shuttle ?

Bye.

Sorry but I don't think it's possible to save the flat model in sats, since when you ask to save and you're in the flat plate environment you can't save.
But the dwg you sent isn't enough?

Let's get you some work.
tell us where to send the invoice

try to see 'sto .sat... exported directly from inventor 2010. .
(Is it really not possible to do it by autocad? )

correct, positioned on the browser above the development tdx of the mouse you can save the flat model in dwg, dxf and also sat.
