Good morning boys

I write because the command "shell" in proe nn is clickable!
I know very little proe and use it mainly to make touches to files imported from alias in step format.

lately I needed to empty some parts with the "shell" command... and so I did until a few days ago!

This morning instead importing the new file I find the button not active! !

Who can give me an explanation and a solution? :confused:

but xkè every program never works how it should work? ? ! :mad:

the shell only works on solid geometries not on surfaces. . .
your imported file is 100 % a surface.
but xkè every program never works how it should work? ? ! :mad:
programs work very well, only you have to know how to use them. . .

Bye-bye

thanks for the answer, the files that I amount are not surfaces, because before exporting them from alias I turn them into solids, this explains the fact that until a few days ago the shell worked! !

In fact this morning's file when I open it in proe is a pretty dark gray...the other files were a light gray...you have an explanation about it? !

Hello

then I had apena checked in alias and in reality there were some small open parts of which I had noticed;
However, by re-emporting the file in proe I was presented the same problem... then I realized that the "solidify" command was active (that I had never found active, precisely because my files were already solid from alias); Once applied this then, the shell!ke has also activated in this case nn I need nothing because the thickness of 1mm that I need is too big for geometry! ! !

if there is one thing I hate...it is to make changes to models 3d!:36_1_3:
