Good morning to all, I wanted to ask a question that I did not find the answer in the forum.
as well as in pro-e there is a config file that takes into account all parameters (quota style, unit measurement etc. ), does one exist in sw?

exists the folder options (sottodivisa in system e document) where you confiscate all those parameters. find it at the top of the menu bar.

I only add to specify that as in pro-e you can upload the various configuration files in sw you have to create the various "models" with the necessary settings as specified by rotten.

Solidworks models coincide with the start part of proe. the equivalent of the config.pro does not exist physically as a file but it is in the system logs. you can save all external options to documents (fast keys, icon distribution, background, colors, etc...) using "guided settings for copying" directly from the start menu of win->solidworks-> Solidworks tools.

You know I can't take the settings from the office pc to home pc?
until 2009 everything ok, keys, toolbars etc... but since
I installed 2010 at home I don't care about the file... Mahhh.
I repeated the installation at home with administrative image we have on the server, but nothing even after formatting and reinstallation. .

teamviewer 5 active on pc in office, save .sldreg settings,
default setting of various routes (research, materials, weld profiles etc.) creation of a .sldreg ad hoc... and now the .sldreg file created on the workstation in the office, works on my home pc... Thanks for the tip!!
logically on the ws I restored the backup of the file done before putting to default.. .
