I don't know much about these things, I've turned to a number of installers from whom I got different but never convincing solutions, I hope someone here can help me solve my problem.
therefore, I have a deep well 7,6 mt, the water fur is located at 3.6 mt from the mouth of the well, the useful diameter of the well is equal to 11,9 cm (12.5 bloated with pvc tube) the fishing tube is in pvc from 1,1/4" (external 40 mm), currently I stand using a pump m300, which is located 22 mt from the mouth of the well, out of the pump I have a galvanized autoclave from 200 lt tarata 2 / 4 bar, from the exit of the autoclave I go towards the distribution of the plant by means of pipes pvc from 25 mm (3/4") passing through a uv lamp for the elimination of germs and bacteria, from here I go on one side to fill two basins to free fur with drain of always drain of water
the two tanks serve to the cooling of the water, so the water must have a continuous exchange with other colder, the temperature of the same is 12 °, so I have a considerable consumption.
my problem is that with the current pump, I can't make sufficent prevalence and press the 4 bar autoclave, and have a sufficent lung to keep the whole plant under pressure, so often the dishwasher goes me in block for low pressure or flow.
how can I solve the problem ? there are those who suggested to change the pump with a submerged, who to approach the current pump to the mouth of the well, who to eliminate the autoclave in favor of an inverter system, because the pump turns on every 2/4 minutes and therefore it is preferable to leave it always in motion to avoid the continuous snacks and decrease the electric consumption, who simply to leave everything unchanged and to add an additional membrane autoclave only
I must say that I am very confused, even because the proposed solutitions have never started from loss and consumption calculations, but from assumptions like "I would do so" "maybe you enough this", seen and considrated that the changes start from a minimum expense and arrive at a considerable expense, I would prefer to do less experiments possible and to find the best solution immediately.
Thank you very much to those who will help me.
