problem with autotrace function sw2010

Hello everyone, I use the 2010 premium version of sw and I have a problem with the autotrace function, does not open the panel related to the function itself also charging it between the additions. . .

I also found a video tutorial on the internet, but I don't make mistakes.. .
And yet, after correctly entering an image in the sketch, the arrow that allows you to pass from the window where you set the size to that of the real track....

Has anyone ever had the same problem?

Maybe I found.. . should be a problem of the sp0 version, solved with subsequent updates. . .
