is it possible to symmetrically bind two parts equal to the same detail? (to save time)

es: I have bound a particular in the "right" part of the particular "base"; I want to bind the same detail to the left without inserting all the parameters.. .

I don't think you can do it, but if you have a "group" of details you want to copy and not serialize with the component copy, select your parts -> change settings so that you reuse all parts and don't generate new ones -> and clikki in the screen. in this way it keeps you all bounds between the adjacent parts you copied....
It's not what you asked but it can always be useful.

even if you can make a mirror in a set, how procedure is not better to avoid because it could be unmanageable if in the future it will have to make changes?

I'd say no because you can replace the parts you don't want tomorrow. if now you have the main piece with right to and left b where at is equal to b because a fake "specchia" has been made using always to... is how to take and regain .... only that makes everything inventor
