no one asks you, and there is no "normative" that imposes it.
all money thrown for a non investment.

other than you know how to work.

becomes a good technician who knows constructive technologies and materials, learns very well the classical norms of design and "to draw" and specialized on a program (or more if you have time). then demonstrate it on the field; That's the best certification.

when I interviewed for brembo (talk of a few years ago) they asked me if I had special certifications for some software, I replied that I knew how to use one, what they use rightly: They gave me a piece and told me to draw it.

If you just want to spend money do a fem course...that for ansys though it really costs expensive. At least you have something really worthwhile!

I agree with all of you....I went to see a type examination of ecdl cad 3d certification and if I have to tell the truth is quite banal....
According to me with a basic preparation of inventor anyone can pass that exam....in the working field it happens much more complex things than a piece of paper of that type does not prepare you to face.
If I have to tell you all you can learn more things in this forum than in a self-desk course.
