shiren hello, confirm that the 3.5 edge is only on the widest face? If so, I would like a 2+2 mold with the opposite prints and the injection point made with a submarin at the center of the wide face at 3.5 thickness.
would be a slightly round, but balanced and with the pieces that remain quite straight if printed with criterion.

for commercial reasons the mold must have a small footprint and a large
3.5 thickness is perimetric to the figure in practice
turns on the inside thickness from 1.5mm

I would inject through hot nozzle in the center of the wide area, or if not slightly moved to the narrowest part.
I would not inject on the external profile because due to the edge with greater thickness around the whole profile I fear that there would be air trapped in the middle of the piece.
