macro visual bacic to create documentation

Hello everyone... .
who uses caia to run the tool paths I think has come across the problem that I met at the beginning, i.e. a long sequence of operations to obtain decent documentation and related programs provided by the post-processor to feed the plc of cn machines.

the sequence of typical operations that you should perform consists of:
save the catprocess, create aptsources, create decent documentation and possibly create the list of all the work to do, send the files to the post-processor and create the appropriate file format to give to the plc....

using visual basic I managed to create a macro that performs all these operations in a few moments..........
I created a video file as a demonstration that I would like to put on youtube but I don't know how to view its high size. ......
Can you tell me how to do this? ?

I'm a lot of pages to print....... the macro that I created does practically everything...... takes aptsources and renames them (who uses caia for tool paths knows what I refer to) creates documentation and initiates the post processor......
