export in productview texture format

Good morning, everyone.
I created the modeling of electronic cards by inserting in the top of the circuit the bitmap exported from the electric cad so that I have visible the track paths and the logo of the customer.

in proe everything ok, but when I carry in format for productview I no longer find the texture in the document.
the same is done by publishing it with edrawing.

Can someone tell me if I have to set something aprticular in the config.pro?

Thank you.

to better highlight what I say I attach a jpeg file in which you notice the ptc art (assiem) with the texture, to the left the same file saved for productview and from this open.

is completely absent the texture.
I searched in the config.pro by activating the saving of the texture with the model, but I did not get results.

Thank you.

I'm accusing myself for this problem. .
Is there a possibility that productview does not support textures? ?

I know that productview express does not support them, I do not know if the full version (which unfortunately is paid) supports this function, you might ask ptc.

I asked, but they don't know how to tell me more, so I'll answer the question from scratch.
how is it possible to give a customer a neutral 3d format (so that it does not contain parts or processes) that he can handle, (rotate, zoom, etc.) with textured elements?
I saw the inventor's 3d visor and it seems to me that you can also see the textures.

I also tried to export with the wf4 a piece with texture in pdf3d format, but the output loses trace of the textures (I predicted a marble)

Any idea how to save something exploratable 3d with texture?

Thank you.

I quote myself, in part I have an answer, I tried with a small file to which I added the texture (both my, and a ptc marble)
with edrawing free I exported the file and it's correct, although my (see attachment) is speculated compared to what it was in ptc (just speculate the ptc texture to have the correct edrawing).
with larger files, but even edrawing adds the texture.
the axioms saved also in neutral format or and do not have the texture if I look at them with productview I see nothing

should be a known problem of all cads, no one has the functionality to carry behind the textures in the export stage.
the color yes, the texture no.

However seeing the result that I have attached something someone does, even in the fissure of productview that is legible because text, there are lines that contain the word "texture".
Obviously something can be done, but it is little documented "what". . .

I try to afre other attempts, if someone has edrawing not free try to put a bigger texture and publish the result.

Thank you.

I did other tests and managed to do what I wanted or export an edrawing file with complex tests or decals.
the only thing to do is to transform jpeg or tiff etc that could be used directly for testing in the proprietary proe format tx3.
made this with the image editor textures are exported by edrawing.
.exe file obtained after publishing and saving also with free version includes decals and textures

I try on a complex design and as soon as I have the result the audience
