I ask you only one last thing wanting to amplify all the size of a factor 1.2 is possible (existing a function) to do so without remaking all the work? ?

You could make a derivative and the scale factor... .
if you want to change something you have to do on the original not on the climbed one

the model 3d .ipt does not expose it to dxf. (you can export it to igs, stp, sat, etc. )

dxf does not contain solid entities. you have solid entities? (I guess so). then no, or at least not directly.
if you do the various sections, those you can export to dxf. but of course the information content will not be the same.
